Program

The Thermo conference format has evolved continuously to meet the needs of the community. This iteration will focus on the integration of thermochronology theory and practice, and encourage interaction across disciplines and generations. The program will include a varied suite of keynote and invited speakers as well as a diverse set of student presentations. It will promote interactivity and engagement via increased emphasis on poster sessions, breakouts, and community discussion to facilitate brainstorming that will chart the next chapters of thermochronometry.

Eldorado Resort, Santa Fe, NM

Conveniently located within walking distance of world-class shops, galleries and museums, the conference venue is only two blocks from the historic Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe since its founding in 1610. With its Pueblo Revival architecture reaching five stories high, Eldorado is easily recognizable as one of the most impressive structures in the City of Different.

Founded in 1607 as La Villa Real de la Santa Fé de San Francisco de Asís, the city hosts distinctive architecture and numerous art galleries, museums, and historical sites. The Palace of the Governors (Palacio de los Gobernadores) dates to 1610-12, and the oldest church in the continental United States, Iglesia de San Miguel, was built between approximately 1610 and 1628.
